How We Train

Our training methods are designed for maximum flexibility, to enable you to find the best fit for your organization.

Onsite

We can bring tailored onsite training sessions to your organization, at your facilities.

Public

Throughout the year, we conduct in-person training events that offer multiple levels of training and certification.

Online

We provide a comprehensive selection of web-based training modules, individually or as organized learning paths.

Our Process

Although we can train your staff directly, we typically use a train-the-trainer format to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Welle Master Trainer From your industry

Our Master Trainers are exceptional instructors recruited from your industry. They have been in your shoes and offer relevant, real-world examples when they train your trainers.

Your Certified Trainer Taught to teach

Not only do we teach our system, we also teach your Certified Trainers how to teach most effectively, based on proven principles of adult education. They will be able to make it real for your staff.

Your Staff Valuable time

We know that time is even more valuable than money. Our training respects your staff’s time, and enables them to learn only what they will need and use, from trainers who come from their own teams.

Certification & Recertification

Systems need to be installed, tuned, and maintained. Your Certified Trainers and staff are refreshed and recertified every year to sharpen skills, optimize teamwork, and ensure maximum effectiveness.
